BrokNet as a concept became a reality during the founder regional, roll around MEA to see how it’s a great opportunity small and medium brokers around the Middle east region can become big force through strategic alliance, that’s why it inspired Ahmed Hosni “BNG Founder and CEO” to establish BrokNet insurance & Reinsurance in DMCC by 2017 in the heart of the region “Dubai” to be the first all-in-on insurance services unit for the group, Broknet aimed to build a comprehensive insurance Hub interconnecting the insurance and reinsurance business together in a professional, technological and insure-tech unique solutions, Broknet proofed its concept by building great network relationship in 15 countries with a strategic alliance Network broker partners whom are professional and capable to work closely with local insurers and collaborate with the other network members to play different role in an regional and international arena.

Over time and the global transformational changes by the technology, the group found its very important to be part of the transformation stage to be one of the pioneer players by using the InsurTech, where it was a new millstone to establish the second arm for the group “Broknet Tech” to be the digital sales force unit where its dedicated subsidiary to deal with all the InsurTech maters that can be part of the digital revolution in the insurance sector.

Covid-19 was a real exam to everyone however we learned that challenges shall lead to great opportunities, that was the time that our group founder decided to expand the model to potential markets for the organic growth for the group such as “Egypt, levant, north and east Africa”, it added more value for the group footprint to be well established in more markets beside the Broknet one network partners.

Broknet strategy to invite professionals and expertise at the foundation stage was one of the success factors to support our group organic growth, in the time it also led us to consolidate all the group business subsidiaries under Broknet Group Holding for the same vision by 25th of April 2021 by obtaining the approvals by Dubai International Financial Center to establish Broknet Group Holding Ltd.
